    i love doing yoga, mainly becasue of how i feel after a session. i have spoken to many instructors who tell me although yoga helps, it’s the diet that is 90% responsible for weight loss, and most good instructors are vegetarians.
    i look thinner, but gained 10lbs from doing yoga,all muscle which is nice.

    Anyway, I’m trying to lose about 10-20lbs. Doing this workout, and eating healthily and all that, how long would that take me, approximately? I’m 18, and 5’5, I weigh about 145 pounds.     Thank you for doing this. I have doen Bikram in the past, but it was a little expensive for me to keep doing it. I love to run, and after i run, i am always sore. So this is perfect for me. I am also trying to lose 20 lbs. I will keep you posted. I start this today.

But what i really want to know is that since theres a lot of pressure on the calves, since one is on their toes for most of the workout, will it build muscle on the calves? Because i primarily want to lose weight on my calves, thighs and hips before any muscle building whatsoever. i definitely dont want any muscle on my calves till i have lost considerable amount of weight on them.
