    @rosaramirez92 When you exercising don’t forget to breath. if you still ain’t sweating make exercises more intense.Aaaand.. drink more water so it will rise your metabolism and you’ll sweat easier.

    But the main reason for that you’re not sweating, i think, your cardio too easy.

    @FunkyDancingMonkey22 Circuit work out. Circuit work out you go for volume, strength you go for max weight. For a beginner, use good form to lift as many reps as possible for strength training, and stick because 5-12 reps.

    @Neuran1982 By structural, I mean if it hurts doing burpees, there is a problem with your body. If your back hurts while performing the plank, it means your abs are too week and require more work, do not perform this routine, seek help first :)
