    ive found that if cravin junk food, instead of going out n buying it, MAKE IT URSELF, ull end up with upto 30% less calories and u get to share ur food, invite friends or eat with ur partner ull have less.

    also this is crazy but if im craving something i food my bf or friend tht food and i feel like ive eaten it no lie! i got my bf to order yam fries coz i wanted them n i fed them to him and i felt better lol

    @BeautifulBrwnBabyDol Calorie counter by Fat Secret is much better than Sparkpeople to me. Its an app that you can download to your blackberry and you can use it online. it also calcuates WW points for you too.

    You are SO INCREDIBLY disciplined. and the way you talk about your weight loss process indicates that you were incredibly disciplined THROUGH OUT your process. This is amazing. I WISH I had this kind of discipline within myself. My “smart” self knows I do have it and I just have to make the correct choices, but then again, I have periods that I just sell myself short and my focus is not as strong and consistent as I know this process requires.     now a lot of restaurants have nutritional information written next to everything on their menu. EVERYTHING, including drinks and alcoholic beverages. They’ll usually have calories, fat, sodium, cholesterol, sugar. And in the locarb section, they’ll list the carbs.

    Nina, if you have an iPhone or iPod Touch, there are a number of apps to track your calories and manage your weight loss. My favourite free app is “Lose it”. It has some restaurants as well, and you can also add your own food. It’s a great free app!
