    The best way to lose water weight is to drink the proper amount of water for your body weight and stay hydrated (add lemon for a detox effect). Diuretics aren’t a good thing. Eat small REAL balanced meals every 3-4 hours to curb hunger and keep your metabolism up…don’t just eat egg whites. And add variety. Don’t eat cabbage soup everyday. Get all your basic food groups. In other words, do nothing they tell you to in this video. Oh, and 30 min. of low-impact exercise once a day is sufficient.
