Here’s the low-down on what I’m doing to lose weight and how it works.

1. Figure out what your “maintain weight” calories are and eat 500 calories LESS than that number every day.

2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 5x/week.

3. Drink water! Divide your weight in half and drink that number in ounces of water every day.

(4. Make healthier choices as you go along and get better at doing steps 1-3.)

FROM THE VIDEO:

The salad is:
1 Bowl of Romaine Lettuce and Spinach
2 Tbsp Light Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 Tomato, sliced
1/4 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/4 Cup Garlic Feta Cheese
= around 110-130 calories :D

YUM!

Green Tea (and similar Asian teas), English Breakfast Tea and Irish Breakfast Tea need no sweetener if you use 1 Tsp of lemon juice instead (0 calories).

Vanilla chai (and decaf vanilla chai), peppermint tea and bangal spice teas all also need no sweeteners or additives of any kind.

    @koki41182 it means you’re not going to the bathroom enough and you might have build up. Left overs in your colon can weigh more than the fat you have around your belly. Also if you’re just weighing yourself and not keeping measurements it could be that you’re gaining muscle. When you exercise you build muscle which burns fat but even though you’re burning the fat you could still weigh more because muscle is heavier than fat.

    @koki41182 This may be a personal and gross question but, how many times a day do you go to the bathroom? Did you know that if you’re not going potty 3 times a day you’re constipated? That could be preventing you from losing weight. Try increasing your fiber intake. Try doing a detox like lemon juicing for a few days with saltwater flushes but nvr do more than 10 days of that!

    very good tips! you’re right, crash diets are not good. you’ve got to have a plan you can stick with. if you take one of the new natural weight loss supplements you can eat what you want (just in smaller portions).

    @soposopo84 Hey, if it’s to lose weight workout in the morning before breakfast and as long as you don’t eat anything at least 3 hours before you go to bed at night. It’s better to eat something after a workout than nothing. Check out my channel for more weight loss advice. :D

    @LoseWeightNow1 hi can you tell me what is the best time to workout. I workout 7pm, because I don’t eat after this time. I think if i do workout early morning or afternoon I will get very hungry and eat double and I don’t want to just gain muscles.
