@Disneyclassics009 i know all about medical problems, i have one that makes it hard for me to lose weight. no medical problems or genetic problems are an excuse, it just makes it harder. if you want it bad enough you’ll work hard for it. theres no magic pill, or cleanse or what not. exercise, eat healthy, be active, etc. some people dont have to work as hard as others, and some have to work twice as hard. the fact is, if you want to be healthy, then be healthy. its not impossible.

An enema is not the same as a Colon hydrotherapy session done by a professional. Water and soap? A trained person will be able to the persons needs, examine the size, color, consistency of the waste as well as make recommendations for for the client. It’s not just getting waste out or taking in two quarts of water. The use of Coffee, Vinegar you need to know what you are doing and Epsom salts, (careful) soap and mineral oils should not be used in the body or in the enema bowel.

@StellWarrior13 I actually tried it last night and it wasn’t that bad! I thought it would be so aweful but it was okay. I did the epsom salt one. I got my enema bag at walmart (where the first aid things are) and also the epsom salt. It was about $7 total and it was well worth it. I already feel so much better! Put 2 quarts of warm water with 4 tablespoons of epsom salt, start on your left side and rotate to your right side when about half of the bag is empty and just keep massaging your abdomen
