    well my question is …
    well my question is are you on a diet where your totally depriving yourself of sweets. I thought weight watchers allows you to include those things sparingly with their point system?….also maybe you should lower your calorie intake or burn more calories in order to beat the plateau

    Oh God whyyyyy did I watch this??? Honey BUNS are one of my favorite guilty pleasures.

    1) Why don’t you just give yourself a weekly one day “free pass?” Of course don’t over do it.

    OR

    2) Allow yourself to have one guilty pleasure under a set amount of calories a day. if you allow yourself 1600 calories a day, then calculate the honey bun or whatever junk food into that amount. If you should happen to go over, make sure you exercise to burn off the calorie overage.

    It’s alright, when your body won’t lose weight anymore it means that your metabolism has gotten too slow. So it’s a good thing that you’ve been eating different things from what your body is used to. It will be alright, just don’t do weeks like this one back to back. To me, you actually did the right thing by eating this, it will shock your body, and then your weight will move down again once you’ll go back to weight watchers. Good luck! :-)

    stay strong!! You can do it! It gets hard some time I know. Maybe start working out more, that’s what i started today b/c I need to lose 7-10 lbs that are being quite stubborn.
