After being postoperative for a year I’ve just started planning night snacks. I started eating way too much din and it does help to know that I’ll have a sf jello in a couple of hours, plus it let’s me snack with hubby who has just returned fr deployment. Best wishes, Debbie

oh allison, that is my life story…i used to wait until 5pm to eat and then not stop until after MN…crazy…i am only eating now 10am to 10pm.. and my nutritionist agreed this was ok, i only have a handful of nuts though, a lot different now!!!!!
