I often find myself doing it unconciously, and suddenly i go ” why i m doing this!? ” with hands full of food…. then i drop the saussages on the floor, and shout… its just to feel good, damn…
Which reminds me of awareness of thoughts, we have to be aware of automatic emo-eating too

, i find it hard to resist the relief and touch of paradise that food brings , at least for short time. The escape it brings is attractive, but belly later is not !

Emily you look great in swimming suit, if i was 10 years younger id be throwing lines at you now…
I lost 10kgs , one thing that helped me was to to change my eating habbits, and also change the way i think about food, there is healthy, tasty food that can be replaced with tasty junk, this way it feels like im not giving up anything, one big problem that i still dont know how to solve is being depressed with fridge full of sweets.
