Do you have anything I could reccomend him to eat while doing this? BTW if you only saw your face, you wouldn&#039;t realise how big you are lol. I was like, is that photoshopped? lol.</description>

If you need something ultrafast, I would recommend a can of nonfat turkey chili over a protein bar.  The protein bars have lots of sugar and no fiber.</description>

If you have time, make your own beans and rice as that is the cheapest form of protein you can buy and it just might be the healthiest.  A 50lb sack of dry beans at costco is about $13 bucks and it will feed you for months.</description>
