    Hey! I’ve got this problem, Im not a fat guy, Im 5,6 and 142 pounds but i got a fat nutt. I have a slim relatively toned torso and legs but I seem to store too much fat over there. I’ve been doing cardio (sprinting) 5 times a week, eating less, but it doesnt go away. Thx for the help and keep it up, your great!

    Is it What you eat or over all calories? Like I only ate maybe 1k in calories yesterday, I know that is too little but it’s just an example. The calories were three tyson breaded chicken patties on white buns (yeha i know) and ketchup. So will i loose weight from the lack of calories or gain from the food being dirty?
